1: Sign in to your Blogger account.
2: once you logged, edit your post or static page’s source code on which you want to hide the comment form. ( I assume that you want to hide the comment form in published page)

Now look at the right sidebar. Click on ‘Options’ tab. Now you should see the reader comment settings sightly similar to below screenshot.

• Allow                                     :- Show the comment form and comments
• Don't allow, show existing     :- Hide the comment form but show the published comments
• Don't allow, hide existing      :- Hide both comment form and comments.But number of  published comments will be shown.

3: Now select the desired command that you want to implement in the post. Last click on "Update" button.

That's all. Now view the blog post/static page and see the blogger comment form is hidden.
