Google Web Designer Tool for Web Developers

Recently Google announced that their new release of advertising application called Google Web Designer is now available for web designers and apprentices. In present every web designers are willing to build up responsive ads, content that look and work fine across various platform and devices. This new tool is still in beta and everyone can download beta version free on windows & Mac and start to create interactive HTML5 content, sites, ads and new elements.

How to Translate Emails in Gmail

Google translator is one of most popular and powerful translating services in online. Now the google translator is integrated with Gmail which is an advertising supported free email service powered by Google. Since Paul Buchheit created the Gmail on 1 April 2004, Now it has been developed and at some times new features were added and removed ( More about Gmail ). Without changing, there is no existence in the Internet. So the quality of Gmail is one premise of the dominance of Google. In my previous article, I explained you how to use Google transliteration feature and keyboard shortcuts in Gmail. This time I will show you how to use email translator in Gmail account. There are many free tools to translate paragraphs such as Google translator, Bing Translator. Although Google provides such an useful tool which is easy to control. Therefore we don’t need anymore to worry about searching the “free online translation tools” on Google.

English to Chinese translation

In this explanation,I show you how to translate an English email to Chinese language.

1: Sign in to your Gmail account and open an Email which you want to translate.

2: Then click on the drop down arrow in the top left corner like below screen shot.You could see that there is an option called “Translate Message” in the bottom of list.Click on it.

3: Now you will see the translate bar is showing on the screen. You can choose the language which you want to translate the message. It will take a few seconds to translate the whole email. After translating,you can see the original email by clicking on “View original message” link text.

Change the language that messages are translated into

By default,Gmail will translate the emails into the language which Gmail is displaying in. So you have to change the default language in order to change the language that messages are translated into.

Click on the gear icon in the top right.
Select on settings option.
Now in the Language: section, change the "Gmail display language:" by selecting on desired language you want.
Save your changes.

How to use Keyboard in Gmail & adapt to shortcuts

Who don’t use Gmail? A lot of people and businesses in globe use Google as their Email partner. As you know Gmail is another service of Google. Before some time everyone with entrepreneurs were able to use Gmail either personal or business purposes.Although as of December 6,2012,Google no longer offers new accounts for the free edition of Google Apps.

Before few months, Google introduced new Tab options and also some Keyboard shortcuts for Email service Gmail. Their Keyboard Language options are really useful and it's a challenge to Yahoo! Mail(Ymail).

Keyboard Language Options are gaining more Gmail accounts

Gmail is a powerful email service which has further features such as spam blocking,Customizing Themes,new compose window, Hangouts, customization tabs, Videos calls, ability of sending files up to 10 GB using Google Drive etc.

You can use indic transliteration Option in Gmail to translate text phonetically.

Use different languages in Gmail

A lot of people with me use Gmail. After enabling keyboard language options on Gmail,all people can share their letters in own languages.You can enable Input tools feature by following below steps.

1: Sign in to your Gmail account.
2: Go to Settings >> Click on "Show all language options" in the Language section under the General tab >> Select on Enable input tools.
3: Now you will see a pop up window. Select your language in "All input tools" box and use arrow keys to shift them to “Selected input tools”.

4: Click on “OK” button. Then save your changes in the settings page.

Now you can select any keyboard in the desired language. Click on Keyboard icon in upper right side of the window and select your language to be used.

Use Keyboard Shortcuts in Gmail

Who don’t like to make hard works easier ? You can use specific keyboard short cuts which are available for Gmail. Visit official support page to find sorted keyboard shortcuts which you can copy & save in your computer and use them later.

Create contact form using Google Docs

Every webmaster,blogger like to give their best support for readers. Cores of building good relationship between you and your readers are comment boxes,social media and also contact forms.Having these basic aspects on your site is very important.As you noticed before some days,blogger introduced new contact form widget for their users.Before introduction new contact form widget,most of bloggers used third party contact forms.Some of them are attractive,but there are some disadvantages when using them such as loading slowly(some contact forms),you have limited memory space,must log in to your account to reply them and you're in risk most of times....etc.

Do you know that you're able to create a contact form using Google docs and add it on your blog or website?Yes..it can be done easily with customizing contact form as you desire.All information will be stored in your Google Docs account securely.If you intend to create a contact form from Google docs and add it on your blogger blog or website,follow below instructions respectively.

Create contact form

Step 1: Log in to your Google Docs account.
Step 2: Click on Create button on the left upper side and select on Form option from drop down menu.
Step 3: In next new tab,type the name of your contact form in title field as though "contact me","Ask me" ..etc.Select your desired contact form theme and click on "OK" button.
Step 4: Type the title of each field under the "Question title".If you want to give description about the field,type your description under " Help Text".In "Question type" you will choose the data type of the field..
Ex:- Text for name,website,email
Paragraph text for comment area.It specify a long space for filling the data.

Step 5: After you done creating your contact from,view your contact form before saving it.

Add contact form on blogger blogs

After you finished editing the contact form,save your contact form in your Drive account.To get the code of your contact form,go to File >> Embed...

Now copy the code given in pop up window like in above screenshot.

Step 6: Sign in to your blogger account and go to Pages.
Step 7: Create new black page and switch to HTML mode.Now paste HTML code of your contact form and get a preview of your contact form.If contact form is not fit to screen,You can adjust the width and height of contact form.
