How to Translate Emails in Gmail

Google translator is one  of most  popular and powerful translating services in online. Now the google translator is integrated with Gmail which is an advertising supported free email service powered by Google. Since Paul Buchheit created the Gmail on 1 April 2004,  Now it has been developed and at some times new features  were added and removed ( More about Gmail ). Without changing, there is no existence in the Internet. So the quality of Gmail is one premise of the dominance of Google. In my previous article, I explained you how to use Google transliteration feature and keyboard shortcuts in Gmail.  This time I will show you how to use email translator in Gmail account. There are many free tools to translate paragraphs such as Google translator, Bing Translator. Although Google provides such an useful tool which is easy to control. Therefore we don’t need anymore to worry about searching the “free online translation tools” on Google.

English to Chinese translation

In this explanation,I show you how to translate an English email to Chinese language.

1: Sign in to your Gmail account and open an Email which you want to translate.

2: Then click on the drop down arrow in the top left corner like below screen shot.You could see that there is an option called “Translate Message” in the bottom of list.Click on it.

3: Now you will see the translate bar is showing on the screen. You can choose the language which you want to translate the message. It will take a few seconds to translate the whole email. After translating,you can see the original email by clicking on “View original message” link text.

Change the language that messages are translated into

By default,Gmail will translate the emails into the language which Gmail is displaying in. So you have to change the default language in order to change the language that messages are translated into.

• Click on the gear icon in the top right.
• Select on settings option.
• Now in the Language: section, change the "Gmail display language:" by selecting on desired language you want.
• Save your changes.

How to use Keyboard in Gmail & adapt to shortcuts

Who don’t use Gmail? A lot of people and businesses  in globe use Google as their Email partner. As you know Gmail is another service of Google. Before some time everyone with entrepreneurs were able to use Gmail either personal or business purposes.Although as of December 6,2012,Google no longer offers new accounts for the free edition of Google Apps.

In the last year Techcrunch reported that the email service is used by “government agencies in 45 states and 66 of the top 100 universities in the U.S. have already gone Google”. According to Google,more than 425 million people and more than five million businesses use Gmail.

Before few months, Google introduced new Tab options and also some Keyboard shortcuts for Email service Gmail. Their Keyboard Language options are really useful and it's a challenge to Yahoo! Mail(Ymail).

Keyboard Language Options are gaining more Gmail accounts

Gmail is a powerful email service which has further features such as spam blocking,Customizing Themes,new compose window, Hangouts, customization tabs, Videos calls, ability of sending files up to 10 GB using Google Drive etc.

Use different languages in Gmail

A lot of people with me use Gmail. After enabling keyboard language options on Gmail,all people can share their letters in own languages.You can enable Input tools feature by following below steps.

1: Sign in to your Gmail account.
2: Go to Settings >> Click on "Show all language options" in the Language section under the General tab >> Select on Enable input tools.
3: Now you will see a pop up window. Select your language in "All input tools"  box and use arrow keys to shift them to “Selected input tools”.

4: Click on “OK” button. Then save your changes in the settings page.

Now you can select any keyboard in the desired language. Click on Keyboard icon in upper right side of the window and select your language to be used.

Use Keyboard Shortcuts in Gmail

Cara Daftar Membuat Email Di Gmail - Dulu mungkin alat untuk berkomunikasi jarak jauh hanya dengan menggunakan surat yang tulis di kertas. Namun, seiring berkembangnya teknologi, untuuk melakukan komunikasi jarak jauh pun kini semakin dimudahkan, karena telah hadirnya telepon dan juga internet. Di internet kita bisa melakukan komunikasi dengan cara yang berbeda-beda, salah satunya adalah mengirim surat elektronik atau lebih dikenal dengan Email. Bagi yang belum mengetahui mungkin akan sedikit kebingungan dengan hal yangv berkaitan cara membuat email atau cara daftar email. Tapi tenang saja, kali ini kami akan memberikan pembahasan tentang bagaimana cara membuat email atau daftar email di Gmail.

Cara Membuat Email

Gmail sendiri merupakan salah satu produk dari google, pastinya hal tersebut sudah tidak bisa diremehkan lagi. untuk daftar email di gmail sendiri caranya sangat mudah, pertama kita hanya tinggal langsung mengunjungi situs gmail di www.gmail.com. Jika kita telah berhasil mengunjungi gmail maka akan terlihat halaman seperti gambar di bawah ini.

Pada gambar di atas terdapat kolom nama pengguna dan sandi, dan kolom tersebut hanya untuk yang sudah memiliki akun gmail saja. Untuk daftar email kita hanya tinggal mengklik buat akun yang ada di pojok kanan atas. Lalu setelah kita berhasil masuk maka akan terlihat halaman seperti gambar di bawah ini.

Cara membuat email berlanjut, pada gambar di atas, tepatnya disisi sebelah kanan terdapat beberapa kolom yang harus di isi. Kolom tersebut meruapkan formulir untuk mengisi data diri lengkap kita agar kita bisa membuat email. Semua data diri tersebut harus diisi dan dilengkapi, terutama dengan kolom nomor handphone. Nomor handphone tersebut harus diisi karena nantinya gmail akan mengirimkan pesan teks yang berisi kode verifikasi. Setelah data diri seelsai maka kita akan memastikan bahwa nomor handphone yang kita isi benar, seperti terlihat pada gambar di bawah ini.

Jika nomor handphone yang kita isis telah benar, cara membuat email berlanjut dan hanya tinggal mengklik Lanjutkan, dan halaman seperti di bawah ini pun akan muncul.

Pada gambar di atas terdapat kolom yang sudah terisi dengan kode verifikasi yang sebelumnya memang belum terisi. Untuk mengisi kode verifikasi tersebut kita hanya tinggal menunggu pesan teks yang dikirimkan oleh Google kepada nomor handphone kita. Setelah kode verifikasi, untuk daftar email kita hanya tinggal mengklik lanjutkan dan kemudian akan terlihat halaman seperti gambar di bawah ini.

Pada gambar tersebut menunjukan pembuatan email akan mendekati tahap akhir, kita bisa memberikan foto kepada akun kita yang juga terisi di akun google plus. Namun, kita juga bisa melewatinya dan kemudian akan muncul halaman baru seperti di bawah ini.

Ini adalah tahap akhir cara membuat email, dimana kita hanya tinggal melanjutkan dengan mengklik Lanjutkan ke Gmail, dan langsung akan masuk ke dalam akun gmail milik kita seperti gambar di bawah ini.

Jika muncul gambar seperti di atas maka proses daftar email pun telah selesai dan tahap cara membuat email pun telah berhasil, kita hanya tinggal menggunakannya untuk saling mengirim pesan melalui dunia internet.
